Defensive Persuasion

Well, it's back to persuasion lessons for Andrey! We decided to reinstate them for my last couple of days in the office. We had a great one today on "Playing Defense" about excuses, justification, apologies, and refusals. It was hilarious and so much fun! Let's just say my Rostov scenario came in handy for this lesson!
