Detained in Rostov

Apparently I'm not the only one to get detained in the Rostov-on-Don airport. An officer who tried to expose corruption and lawlessness in the police force in Russia said he was detained in Rostov, and when finally let free, found his credit card had been blocked, and he was not able to buy a ticket to get out. I guess things could have gone worse for me...
